Because all of our products are either custom-made or prepared specifically for each client, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Custom Orders

  • Custom grillz, custom jewelry, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or  refunded once production has started.
  • Any deposits paid toward custom work are non-refundable.
  • If a custom order is canceled before production begins, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Ready-Made / Non-Custom Items

Ready-made items may be eligible for store credit only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not issue cash refunds.

Important Notes

  • Baltimore Gold Fronts is not responsible for improper sizing chosen by the customer.
  • Any alterations, wear, damage, or third-party modifications void eligibility for any return consideration.
